A Payment Account is a basic current account designed for B2B fund transfers (sending and receiving). Services such as credit or debit card transactions, overdrafts, loans, or cash withdrawals are not available with Payment Accounts.

All businesses are welcome. However, we do not open accounts for natural persons.

The onboarding process is streamlined and fully online, but the timeline depends on the completeness of your documentation and the due diligence process. If all collected documents and information are compliant, the process will take up to two working days.

Yes. However, opening additional Payment Accounts cannot be done online, and you must contact Salve’s customer support.

All requirements are outlined in our onboarding process. If you have specific questions, our team is happy to assist.

In addition to a secure, browser-based online banking environment, you can install Salve’s mobile app (available for iOS and Android) and manage your payments via smartphone. The dashboard provides access to all your opened accounts.

We aim to offer flexibility. Minimum balance requirements depend on your chosen membership level (see the Salve Membership section).

Yes. In addition to SEPA (and Instant-SEPA in the near future), we facilitate cross-border payments through the SWIFT channel.

Yes. However, a separate Payment Account must be opened for each currency.

We focus exclusively on pre-approved payment solutions, offering a streamlined experience without the compliance complexities of traditional banking. Additionally, for smoother transactions, Salve undertakes the due diligence process for your business partners (referred to as Beneficiaries) to ensure that your future payments to them are processed quickly and with minimum obstacles or rejections from corresponding channels.

We currently offer support only in English.

Yes. There are no geographical limitations as long as your business is not subject to specific international sanctions.
